Request to return the product must be raised WITHIN 24 HRS OF DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT. To raise a request, please send a mail to email@example.com with the following details about the package.
1. Invoice No.
2. Full Name
3. Email ID
4. Amount paid for defected product
5. Product barcode on the tag
6. Image(s) of product defects
7. Comments/ description of the defect
Upon receipt of the return request, satinthreads.com will provide you with a confirmation of accepting the return along with a return authorization code. DO NOT send the product before receiving a confirmation from satinthreads.com for the provided request.
Please make sure the product is returned unused, without the tag being removed, and with the original invoice and packaging, as only then will we accept any returns. Also, please don’t forget to mention the return authorization code on top of the package before sending it back.
1. In case of dissatisfaction with the product- satinthreads.com will provide you with a replacement/alternate product after receiving back the 1st product. The shipping cost of returning the product as well as that of sending the replacement product from our side will have to be borne by the customer. ONLY UNSTITCHED FABRIC CAN BE RETURNED IN THIS CASE i.e. in case any kind of tailoring or modification has been done, then the product cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. There exists a genuine defect in the product – Upon receipt of product back at satinthreads.com; the product would be thoroughly examined against the issues raised in the return request. If there exists a genuine error from our side, we would provide you with a replacement product free of cost and also bear the shipping charges paid by you for returning the product. If you do not wish to receive a replacement product, we will refund all costs paid from the customer end while buying the product.
Satinthreads.com provides users a no. of customization options for their products. It is requested to the customer to carefully select their sizes and customization information provided while ordering of products as customized products cannot be returned unless there exists a genuine fault from our side.

2. In certain rare cases, slight variations in the product color/shade between the received product & the product projection in the website due to lighting conditions during photography, limitations of digital photography, and capability of user’s viewing device.
We request the customer to please keep these points in mind while ordering the product and while raising a return issue, as returns in these cases will not be accepted.
