Shipping Policy provides international shipping to more than 200 countries across the world. To ensure safe and on time delivery, your packages are sent only through reputed courier services like Fedex/UPS/DHL/ TNT.

For each order, we ask you to provide your billing address, which is the address where the order will be billed to, and the shipping address, which is the address where the order will be shipped to. Users have the option to make their shipping address to be the same as their billing address.

Each order is shipped to a single address only. If you want your products to be shipped to different addresses, please make sure they are ordered separately. Shipping charges will be included as per each order weight.

Shipping Charges/ Duties

We provide free shipping within India.

For international shipments, additional shipping charges are included as per the order weight at the most nominal rates. Higher the order weight, lesser would be the shipping cost per kg of weight.

In case certain countries charge Additional VAT/Custom or any other duties on the shipments, these charges are not part of our order billing and are to be borne by the customers as per their government’s policy.

Shipping time

We do our best to deliver our products to our customers in as little time as possible. A typical order will take 12 - 15 days to deliver internationally and 3 - 7 days to deliver in India. In case customization is requested, the order may take an additional 5 - 7 days in certain cases. Products are delivered only during normal working days as per the country shipped to.

Our packages are insured for In-Transit Risk, and we do not charge the customer anything for it. However, after the package is delivered at the designated address, we are not responsible for any loss or damage to the product/package.

Though we try to make sure the products are shipped in minimum time, the shipping times mentioned above are only indicative and rare delays may occur due to situations beyond our control. No refund or cancellation request would be entertained in case of such delays. In case we are unable to supply ordered products because of any reason beyond our control, we will fully return the amount paid by you.

Order Tracking

Customers can track their orders real time at our order tracking page. As soon as your order is shipped, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address containing your tracking number as well as details of the shipping service provider. Incomplete/ invalid shipping address – Please make sure to provide us with the correct shipping address. As soon as the order is confirmed, the customer will be provided with a confirmation e-mail containing the punched in shipping address.

Requests for altering the shipping address can be submitted at within 24 hours of order placement.

Kindly note that we do not ship to Pakistan, Mauritius, Nepal, Sri Lanka, China and Middle East.
